She graduated from Flinders University in 2017 and has since developed strong clinical skills across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Tessa works exclusively from our Brighton clinic, where she provides personalised, evidence-based care to support her patients’ recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Tessa has extensive experience in rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates, and enjoys creating tailored programs that build strength, confidence, and resilience. Tessa is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Tessa has a strong love of sport and continues to play netball on the weekends, keeping her active and connected to the sporting community.
