Lauren is passionate about helping clients return to sport and activity safely and confidently.
With experience as a sports trainer for football teams and involvement in high-level sport from a young age, Lauren brings a strong understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation. Lauren enjoys working within the gym environment and combines a hands-on treatment approach with structured, progressive exercise prescription to help patients achieve their goals and maximise function.
Outside the clinic, Lauren maintains a very active lifestyle. As a Premier League netballer and passionate long-distance runner, Lauren also enjoys strength training at the gym and spending time outdoors on road trips, hiking adventures, and camping trips.
